Shipping - Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped via ground service. Please note that shipping charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. Variations in shipping times may occur due to third party schedules. All orders are shipped via common carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

Returns for Exchange – Returns for exchange will be accepted only by Rue’s prior e-mail authorization of an e-mail request for return by customer. Additional shipping charges will charged to customer for exchanged items and will be payable by check (COD) upon receipt of the exchanged items. All returns for exchange must be received within two weeks of Rue’s written authorization and product cannot be damaged unless reason for exchange is due to damage during shipment. We guarantee the quality of our products 100% for loss or damage. If our products are lost or damaged during shipping, we will fully replace them if same product is available or offer an exchange of equal value.
